If you have the reverse effect (too much oversteer), then soften the rear roll bar. Then you need to stiffen the rear roll bar giving you less grip at the rear helping the car turn in. If however you are getting understeer on turning in slower corners. So if you find you are not getting a quick enough response at the front in the slow corners, stiffen the front roll bar. Softer anti roll bars will give you more grip in slower corners, but you will have a slower response on turning in (less accuracy). It will be more to do with either your aero or spring settings.
